FM-QFES Fully closed fiber laser
Safety first! Yes, we are aware that some customers, especially those who work according to the rules of labour law, want safer machines.
The fully closed FM-QFES (Q-Switched Fiber-Laser Enclosed Standing) is the right solution for these customers. In addition to a sensor-controlled door, the device has a practical keyboard and monitor stand. Optionally, we can supply the machine with pre-assembled monitor and powerful computer.

Why another laser technology???
Check out this special blog ...
Compared to standard wavelength lasers (IR / 1064 nm) and green lasers (SHG / 532 nm), UV lasers generally have a remarkably higher material absorption rate, which allows an efficient absorption of the emitted light through the marking surface. This means that performance does not need to be increased to create highly visible markers.
Marking with these lasers is called "cold marking". This refers to how they can perform markings and processing with minimal heat damage due to their incredibly high absorption rate on a variety of materials. The UV laser marking is ideal for applications that require high contrast or minimal product damage such as glass, products for medical applications, etc.
FM-RFCO2: small but fine!
and one more???
All the advantages of a CO2 machine in a very compact form!
This machine series is suitable for industries such as advertising, decoration, textile cutting, plastics processing, leather marking, packaging identification, and for many other applications that require high speed, high resolution and reliability.
Like all CO2 machines with a wavelength of 10.6um, this machine can mainly process non-metallic materials, although with the help of our EnduraMark Sprays can still mark metal materials.
Thanks to its Galvo mirror system, the machine can achieve a scanning speed of 6000 to 7000 mm/s with a much smaller laser point (5x-10x higher resolution) than with a CO2 glass tube machine!
Due to a laser point almost 10x smaller, the resolution of your engravings increases dramatically!

Cutting metals with a CO2 laser? impossible!
This is actually a false belief. With the high-performance CO2 laser supported by Oxigen, a CO2 laser can cut steel, stainless steel and aluminum up to 3 mm in length.
With modern dual-core CO2 tubes with up to 350W and a connection to an Oxigen tank, a machine equipped with special water-cooled laser heads can perform wonders when it comes to cutting metal at a reasonably low price.
Stay tuned!
